Phoned day before due date to pay the invoice. They took all my payment details and almost 2 weeks later I realise they hadn't processed the payment and so my email account had been suspended. I was on hold for 50min trying to sort. Don't know how much business we lost due to their incompetence. Asked 3 times to talk to a manager but they would just put me on hold for another 10 min. So frustrating
