This company should be avoided. I have a bunch of domains with them so I can't get out straight away. My invoices say I've paid via crypto currency which I have not, they've re enabled auto renew which I turned off, they charged my cc ahead of time with an unauthorized transaction. I have notified relevant authorities to pursue this.
