I ordered the wrong filter, one with an open top, I needed a closed top but then I made it worse by ordering AGAIN the same one somehow 3 days later!
After getting the first order I realized it was wrong, called support and Amanda answered after only a short wait, that's when I realized I ordered a second set.

Amanda resolved my mistakes in a honorable way, and sent the correct one right away. Prices are good, quality is OEM, they have filters for everything. The best things is their Customer Support!

Excellent service but ended up not needed thankfully..

The shipment did not arrive at my doorstep as UPS had said it did. After a few days, I decided to email Filters Direct. Of course, in the middle of the night I thought "Did UPS drop it in the mass collection shed up the dead end road from me?" (this is for many houses on a road that is too small for a large truck). Next morning I drove up and there it was. I called the company and the woman answered was the woman who read my email! She was about to send a replacement! Now, that is great service.
