The shipment did not arrive at my doorstep as UPS had said it did. After a few days, I decided to email Filters Direct. Of course, in the middle of the night I thought "Did UPS drop it in the mass collection shed up the dead end road from me?" (this is for many houses on a road that is too small for a large truck). Next morning I drove up and there it was. I called the company and the woman answered was the woman who read my email! She was about to send a replacement! Now, that is great service.
