Paid a deposit to Discounted Media Walls and was promised an installation date the following week. That date came and went with no sign of anyone. Tried calling multiple times and when I finally got through to a guy called Naz (or Maz, wasn’t very clear), he was rude and told me they were “busy” and I’d just have to wait. No apology, no professionalism. Still waiting weeks later. Avoid.

I got a phone call on a Saturday night to say if I wanted someone to come out for a quote guy came out on Sunday measured wall said it would be done today 28 th Feb my stuff would get delivedthe day before I paid 150 deposit so I waited in yesterday no delivery I phoned a few numbers then I mannered to tak to a guy who asked my details I will phone you back in 5 mins over an hour later a lassie phoned me to say the joiner had hurt himself and could they do it on Monday so I phoned my husband and we decided to cancel as I couldn’t go the stress of being let down on the Monday I phoned back and spoke to the lassie and said I wish to cancel the job and she said that’s fine so never again lesson learn
We had an amazing experience with Naz .. all work completed on time ..no mess at all ..all rubbish taken away ..and absolutely over the moon with our Media Wall ..would 100% recommend this company for anyone looking for a professional job from start to finish 😊
I’m absolutely over the moon with my media wall! From start to finish the service was 10/10. Naz, the owner, came out twice because we decided to make changes to the original design, and both times he was nothing but professional, positive, and genuinely happy to help.The customer service was absolutely amazing, and the price was better than other places I’d looked at, offering great value for money. The best part was the payment process , I only had to pay a £100 deposit, with the remaining balance paid once the job was fully completed, which gave me total peace of mind.Everything was done to a high standard and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. 10/10 from start to finish. Thank you so much! I will 100% recommend this company to everyone.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. They were highly unprofessional, repeatedly failed to attend scheduled appointments, ignored calls and messages, and despite payment, the work has still not been completed. This clearly shows a lack of respect for the customer and their time.
Avoid this company at all costs. We ordered from the website and had a call from them fairly quickly to say we have this in stock, do you want this instead? The warning bells should have rang when they said they will email after the call with colours to choose from. This email has never arrived, but I have emailed them on numerous occasions to give my options but after many weeks of trying, I've given up. Over a month on there has been no sign of the package being processed despite us repeatedly asking, no formal communication, no responses to emails, and no reply to text messages either. When I had managed to get them on the phone, there were promises of next week, next week, but nothing happens.We've had no choice but to go via Credit Card company to recover our money as despite many requests to get our money back, no refund has been issued.Avoid this company, they cannot be trusted.
