Consistent Login Issues

Each time I attempt to log in, I receive the message, "We appear to have a problem at this time, please try again. If this persists please call Customer Services." I've tried on various devices and browsers, and out of my last 15 attempts, I was only able to log in once. As soon as I gain access again, I plan to close this account. It's frustrating that a service can't even maintain a functional website for logging in; how can I trust them with my finances?

Incredibly frustrating login issues.

Every time I attempt to log in, I encounter the same message: "We appear to have a problem at this time, please try again. If this persists please contact Customer Services." I've tried multiple devices and browsers, and out of 15 attempts, I only succeeded once. As soon as I manage to log in again, I will be closing this account. It's unbelievable to have a service where logging in is such a challenge, especially when it involves managing my finances.

Completely inadequate.

As expected, I can't log in due to a message stating there's a problem—contact customer services. Unfortunately, they are "very busy" and "will assist you as soon as possible." I've been waiting for 20 minutes and still no help. This service is unacceptable.

This platform used to be efficient for buying and selling, but now it feels like there's an offshore helpdesk that struggles with clarity and frequently needs to consult others for simple inquiries. The advice is inconsistent, service is slow—while even postal services can deliver quickly, this service takes far too long to process requests. It's disappointing! By the way, why is it taking five days to respond to an email?

Months of delays for ISA transfer.

It took months to transfer my funds to an ISA from a savings scheme. I had to follow up more than ten times for updates and was told multiple times that an admin error caused the delay. I've been waiting three weeks for my ISA to transfer to another provider with no communication. I recommend looking for another provider.

Frustrating process for ISA creation.

It took two weeks and numerous calls just to set up an ISA. After filing a formal complaint, I was contacted nearly two months later. When I tried to add my bank details to withdraw money, the form didn't work. This is a complete mess, and I'm genuinely worried about my ability to sell shares when needed.

Completely unacceptable service.

This service is utterly disappointing. I am trying to establish an ISA to transfer shares, but I can't get through to finish the process. I was promised a callback that never came. I don't trust the system, which seems unreliable. I can relate to the negative reviews I've read.

Unbelievably slow processing.

Time-sensitive requests mean nothing to this service; everything takes ages to process. I was told it would take ten days for shares to transfer from my account to my ISA, but it's been longer than that with no updates. While the staff who answer the phone are helpful, often I reach overseas centers that are inconsistent. The website is cumbersome, live chat is non-functional, and there's no app. I wish for this process to end so I can close my account. It's now been 12 days since they promised a ten-day transfer, and my account value has dropped significantly. It's frustrating that they can't provide a timeline for completion.
