I rarely waste the energy to create product or service review, this is based on a principal necessity. Two cars, each installed Michelin 70K upper end tires provided by a Discount Tire store. I will never repeat business with them.1st issue, after half the mileage life all 4 tires at the same time suddenly developed severe inside tread cupping damage. The outlet had provided tire rotation and balance for previous mileage service cycle on balance and rotation. The site manager insinuated cause was neglected tire maintenance. FYI, the replaced tires (by a different tire store) now have over 15K miles and no issues. 2nd issue, my other car picked up a screw, slow pressure leakage. Same Discount Tire outlet, without a hesitation condemned the tire based on the screw located on the sidewall. My new tire provider without hesitation identified the screw location in the tread of the tire and repaired it on the spot. Not much of a DISCOUNT after all!
