Terrible experience with seating

I paid for extra legroom for both my mother and me, selecting our seats two weeks in advance to sit together. However, upon arrival for the flight, she was in seat 16 G with extra legroom while I was stuck in 30 G without any. I intend to dispute this charge with my payment provider, as the service has been completely inadequate.
