During my journey from Frankfurt to Tampa, I faced issues with the digital boarding pass just 45 minutes before departure, compounded by a 20-minute delay. I was ultimately denied a boarding pass while the aircraft was still at the gate, forcing me to buy a one-way economy ticket to Philadelphia at full price. The treatment I received from the staff was rude and unprofessional. As an 81-year-old who has flown with this airline all my life, I'm shocked by the decline in service quality. I won't fly with them again.
