We booked our round-trip tickets from Tampa to Frankfurt a year in advance, specifically requesting extra legroom in premium economy and choosing our seats together. However, we were assigned seats in a row of four at the back of the plane, which was incredibly uncomfortable for my husband, who is 6'3. We sought help at the customer service desk but were unsuccessful. After waiting on hold for over 30 minutes with the customer service line, we were told it would take a week to hear back. I doubt we will receive any refund for our money. Additionally, the food was terrible. We will not fly with this airline again.
