Our flight was delayed by 2 hours which meant we missed our connection. We weren't too bothered by this as we knew we would be put up in a hotel and get the next morning flight. However, this process was so poorly handled by the airline that I have to give a 1 star review.First we were not given clear instructions on where to go, we were told to go to the desk of one airline and then rudely told that it was another airlines desk we were supposed to go to. We then waited in line for an hour to talk to someone while staff stood around eating sweets. When we finally did speak to someone they booked us a hotel (in town a half hours drive from the airport) and told us to get a bus there. We spend an hour looking for this bus and getting told different things by every staff member we spoke to until we finally called the hotel who told us there was no bus and the airline should have provided us with a taxi voucher, which they did not. There were so many confused customers trying to find non-existent busses to their city hotels that many were just giving up completely and sleeping on the airport floor.By this time it was after 12am and our rebooked flight was at 6.15am so we were pretty fed-up. We were then told that we had to pay for a taxi ourselves and we could struggle our way through the ridiculous reimbursement process later, which would have been great to know from the start. We paid over €70 in taxi fares getting to and from the hotel, which was an ordeal in itself because one of the taxi drivers didn't have a card machine and we didn't have enough cash on us. This meant we had to set up a paypal account in the taxi at 4am after having 2 hours sleep. I think it's safe to say I would avoid this airline in future.
