My parents traveled with them last week. They are over 80 years old. They booked seats together in business class for 8 hours flight. At the gate extremely unpleasant person changed their seats because of one of their own pilots wanted to have an aisle seat. What a “service” when you decided to do that for old people who actually paid premium for their seats and have to seat together because their travel things are packed together including medication. Avoid this airline, they are horrible.
