Upon arrival, we discovered that the accommodation at the complex was below standard and in dire need of renovation. After sorting out a different room, we contacted our representative with photographic evidence. The initial hotel did not align with what had been communicated. The following morning, she reached out to inform us she was arranging a transfer to another hotel, which she accomplished successfully. After settling in, she checked in on us to ensure we were satisfied with the new accommodations, which are vastly superior. The new hotel has friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The rooms are very clean and conveniently located near bus stops and other amenities. We are really enjoying our time here.
