The next morning, she reached out to confirm arrangements for a transfer to another hotel, which she successfully organized. After settling into the new location, she followed up to ensure we were satisfied, and the new accommodation is significantly better. The new hotel features friendly, professional staff and very clean rooms, conveniently located near bus stops and other amenities. We're thoroughly enjoying our stay here.

The rooms are very clean and conveniently located near bus stops and other amenities. We are really enjoying our time here.
We were approached at the hotel and told there would be no charges, only to find out later that we were expected to sign up for a €1200 plan. The representative claimed they could offer cheaper breaks after signing up, but we found better deals elsewhere. When we declined to sign up, their reaction was telling. I advise others to thoroughly research before committing to any offers, as there are mixed reviews about the hotel, primarily concerning the timeshare aspect.

It turned out to be a contract we couldn't afford. After paying to escape, we are now being pursued for a significant amount by debt collectors. This experience has left us shaken and embarrassed, turning our holiday into months of stress. I hope sharing this helps others to be cautious.

The hotel has a boutique style, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are bright, comfortable, and cleaned daily to high standards. The location is ideal, within walking distance of local amenities.
