Upon arrival, we found the accommodation to be below our expectations and in need of refurbishment. After addressing the situation and securing a different room, we contacted our representative with photographic evidence. The initial hotel did not match the information provided. The next morning, she reached out to confirm arrangements for a transfer to another hotel, which she successfully organized. After settling into the new location, she followed up to ensure we were satisfied, and the new accommodation is significantly better. The new hotel features friendly, professional staff and very clean rooms, conveniently located near bus stops and other amenities. We're thoroughly enjoying our stay here.
