Not the best credit card and services for overseas travel

I have been a customer for a few years. The customer service is great but the card services overseas are really poor. They really need to expand their networks and have more merchants accept their cards. I also got their card because of their 'no foreign transaction fee'. Its absolute disappointment. My credit card did not work with the tap function, then it had fraud alerts and got blocked (despite me notifying them of my trips prior to departure) and when I called them from overseas they just didnt take it seriously. Discover is alright as a secondary card but I wouldn't count on them for running my business. Edit
