I have no interest in "premium" sports but have to pay d+ 800% more (£4 eurosport, £32 d+ per month) to watch cycling & winter sports just because they overpaid for football. they are incapable of fixing basic fundamental features of streaming eg casting, skip forward/back. First line staff have no remit to stray from parroting the same old script so 4 weeks after reporting a fault and being endlessly asked to" send screenshots, turn it off & on again, what device do you have" , they finally accept there's a problem, release a "fix" that only works 1st time after install!!.Now theyre wanting 'more time'. Shockingly inept, don't seem to have a help desk system, no ownership or escalation, no software release or management, what planet or century are they on?? Stupid pricing, stupid adverts , no flexibility to chose your package (take it or leave it) ,marketing weenies in charge need to go back to business school & learn about customer service. They have a (officially, nudge nudge!!l ) a monopoly so couldn't care less!
I'm already paying for TNT with discovery+ why do I have to go through sign up and subscriptions what the puck discover more that's a laugh BT are just as bad upgrade none existing there's a problem PLease phone this number put on hold 20 mins while the person tries to contact the line manager absolute rubbish I expect better won't hold my breath
We got sky glass and discovery plus was meant to be free for 6 months well 2 months in and many many attempts with discovery plus themselves to resolve the issue they still can't grant free access. They gave 1 or 2 weeks free vip access but why can't they give what was promised on the promotion.
Feel totally let down by them.The recent price hike from £6.99 to £30.99 is insane and totally unacceptable! We used it to watch the cycling, which btw was about £4 per month with GCN before discovery took that over.Coverage has been amazing, but I can't justify paying this much more for a service which will include loads of other sports I don't want.You can dress it up with all the corporate BS about sport ecosystem and simplified offerings for users, but at the end of the day it's just holding the fans of lesser sports to ransom to fund football.So long...
Avoid - Started on Eurosport to watch pro cycling £39/year, then discovery+ £6.99/ month for a less useable app .. appalling interface. Just cancelled my subscription entirely as not prepared to pay the soon to be £31/month for the same content. Maximum price gauging is I suspect not a sustainable business model. I will not be the only subscriber cancelling in the face of such sharp practice.
Dreadful. Large grey rectangle in front of my live football match saying timeline. I eventually watched by using HDMI to connect laptop to TV; the same grey rectangle appeared but had small cross to remove. Missed a goal and 20 minutes of match though. TNT is most expensive Premier League streamer and the worst. There seems to be no way to complain on their website.
First you buy the GCN cycling app (£3.99 subs) just to bin it. Meaning I had to pay for your preferred app (£6.99 subs) which as an app was far inferior. Now you say I cannot use that and I have to pay you £30.99 for the same content. I’m not interested in your football etc. I’ve cancelled my subscription. Thanks for nothing.
