We waited for 20 minutes for a bus in 1 degree temperatures. I have used the parking spot for years

We waited for 20 minutes for a bus in 1 degree temperatures. I have used the parking spot for years but this is the second time now in the last 3 months that we have had this issue! 20 minutes both days times waiting while park and go buses we’re always there. Time to change where we park I guess!

Ongoing pickup problems persist.

Pickup issues remain a significant concern. Today, I nearly had to step into traffic to get the driver to stop at the terminal. The app is designed to ensure the driver stops at your location, but that was not the case. While the app did inform the service that the car needed to be ready, I was left confused. When I inquired at the counter, the staff checked with the driver, who falsely claimed he was at capacity, even though there were only three other passengers.

Best airport parking - The Parking Spot

The Parking Spot South is easy to get to, easy to reserve a spot online and the rates are reasonable. I like that my car is secure and that I get dropped off at entrance and picked up at the airport and at the end of my trip.

You are conveniently close to the airport, only a short ride. You picked us up at our parking spot immediately when we arrived, and only had about a 2 minute wait until there was a bus to pick us up at the airport when we returned from our trip. You even assisted us with our bags on & off the bus. We felt that our car was safe during our time away.

I booked reservations and paid with a Groupon but when I got confirmation from The Parking Spot it showed a price of over $200 for 6 days when I paid $92. to Groupon and got the confirmation that it was paid. The supervisor at the lot said I would have to deal with Groupon since it was a third party. I was totally disappointed as Groupon then blamed the Parking lot. So nothing was solved and I will never park there again. Their loss! So, what should have been $92. to park for 6 days turned into $315. with no one from the Parking Spot taking any responsibility even though I showed them that I paid $92. to Groupon.

My trip got extended and they honored my low rate

My trip got extended, and I wasn't able to modify my reservation made through a third party. I called the staff at The Parking Spot south and they said not to worry. A week after my scheduled pick up time, the manager had left a note in the exit kiosk to honor my low initial rate! They were so kind to do that, even though I had booked through a third party.

The parking spot has taken over…

The parking spot has taken over USAirport lot on Tower road, since the tak over we have parked 3 times and have been disappointed each time. There is no longer anyone directing you where to park. This results in parking in an area you are not sure is where pickups are taking place. As you park there is no one there to direct you to a specific spot and help you with your luggage. The drivers are doing a fine job but parking spot management has seen fit to eliminate all of the lot people that were there while a USAirport facility to assist customers to feel comfortable in where to park and getting onto the bus. Check in and checkout is also very impersonable and if you have problems you are on your own. Much happier when USAirport was running the lot.

Service sucked at pickup

Service was great when dropped off at the DFW airport, driver asked what terminal gate for each passenger. On the return to DFW our flight was delayed four hours due to weather at phoenix airport. We arrived Saturday at terminal A around 1:30 am. I then called for a shuttle to pickup us at terminal A gate 19, was rudely told that I had to go to the purple sign. I explained that we were the only two people at terminal A and could they just send the shuttle for us. Before I could say that I would flag the shuttle bus down the person who I was talking to hung the phone up. She did not let me know if a shuttle bus was coming. Immediately called back phone just kept ringing. It took me three times before I reached the person. I let her know that I did not like her hanging up on me without letting me know if a shuttle bus was sent to terminal A. She again rudely informed me to go find a map for the proper spot to be picked up. Remember it’s 15 minutes to 2am we are the only people waiting for service at terminal A. Finally a shuttle shows up, the driver apologized for her rudeness and was great. He told me her name was Mary. When we got back to the parking spot he waited for my car to start and loaded my luggage. I and my lady each walk with a cane, can you imagine us trying to walk outside that terminal at almost 2am trying to locate a purple sign. I asked the lady at the parking spot if her name was Mary at least three times. She would not answer. She was to busy talking on her cell phone. All I wanted to tell her was that her customer service sucked. I then called her arrogant . And used the kiosk to pay. I would rate this service a 1 but due to the excellent driver experience I gave it a three. Did leave a message to Anthony on 9/22/25 have never received a response.

Location

Location - JFK- IAHDismal at bestOur experience with Parking Spot at the JFK location on 9/25-9/28 was dismal at best. 1. As my 95yr old father and 86yr. old mother were getting our of the car in uncovered parking, the bus pulled up and asked if we were ready. I was in the process of getting out 3 pieces of carry-on luggage and 1 check-in when I turned around and said yes. The driver sat on the bus, as I pulled everything to the door, then I turned and took a picture of my car in the spot. Everybody does this. I was denigrated by the driver yelling at me through her window, “that was what the ticket is for.” (I said nothing to encourage that behavior) I simply took my picture and then my seat. 2. As we continued driving what seemed aimlessly around the covered parking, looking yet for more customers, we finally came upon a lady with 1 bag. If there was any conversation, I couldn’t hear it. The lady got on, put her luggage up, and took her seat. Several more aisles later and now returning to uncovered parking, the driver announces for the first time to all on the bus, that she going only to Terminals A and C and not to E. The lady who was waiting in covered parking, was then immediately put out by the bus driver, with her luggage and was told to wait. It was 91 out and with all the reflecting sun, probably 94, not near her car and with no other bus around. Yes, the driver did radio in that there was a person waiting. I would have really angry myself to be put out in the sun when I’d paid for covered. And here’s an idea, if that was a just course of action, by all means, put the person out by the exit, so the person is in the shade, is visible and can easily be picked up. 3. When we were dropped off at the terminal, we were dropped off at ground level, and not at the departure level where the wheelchairs are right next to the door. Had we been dropped off in the correct location or even close, there wouldn’t have been a lengthy issue trying to acquire 2 wheelchairs. We did obtain 1, but the second was not after standing waiting, walking to the elevator, then from the elevator across the floor full of people to the front door. Parking Spot – 3 strikes – You’re Out! Hello Ecopark and Fine Parking! On the return trip, we waited over 30 minutes for JFK bus and watched 5 buses pass for Will Clayton. Our driver, Tony, was the only highlight for Parking Spot.
