Quality of the streaming and customer service is absolutely appalling. Last night I was unable to watch the Brentford West Ham game due to a technical error with the service which meant that the stream did not work for the whole of the second half and extra time. I registered the issue with customer service and was treated appallingly by the agent Daryl who completely mischaracterised my request and failed to respond to a follow up question in my response, showing a complete lack of humanity and respect. Clearly a dreadful company that only cares about money and has no interest in providing a quality service for their paying customers.
