Review Time
The ads make it impossible for me to finish a show with how repetitive they're! And they're the most ridiculous shows they're advertising. I just cant . This is my second time trying to come back to discovery and I cant . Get it together! The ads are absolutely outrageous and the exact same ones ! How many times do you need to show them on the same show let alone 8 times in just on episode! Extremely annoying. Who would want to watch the show they advertise that many times ? I'll never watch them based on how much i was annoyed by them . They're weird shows anyway that I wouldn't watch regardless. Do better .

I paid for the subscription with ads. But I am going to cancel after this month. I mute my TV on every single commercial because it plays the same commercial over and over and over again. Back to back all 3 ads that play, and every single time there's a commercial. Its the same gleaming slots ad where it sounds like they are sexualizing the freaking TV. Noone plays games like that. My 4 and under kids don't need to hear some girl moaning every time a commercial comes on. So im done with discovery
Watching the West Ham game and just stopped other west ham fans mentioned same problems on you tube fan channel.Missed the entire second half. Chat robot said would put me through to a human in a few seconds no response. Into extra time now knowing West Ham probably be a good thing missing it
Quality of the streaming and customer service is absolutely appalling. Last night I was unable to watch the Brentford West Ham game due to a technical error with the service which meant that the stream did not work for the whole of the second half and extra time. I registered the issue with customer service and was treated appallingly by the agent Daryl who completely mischaracterised my request and failed to respond to a follow up question in my response, showing a complete lack of humanity and respect. Clearly a dreadful company that only cares about money and has no interest in providing a quality service for their paying customers.
Not enough new regular content added.. Used to be aired without adverts and think it was £5.99 now it's £3.99 with advertising and they play the same adds throughout so the repetitiveness really gets on my nerves. I'd much rather have the option to pay extra without the adds.
My 600 lb Life didn't have all the episodes in a lot of seasons. They've disappeared. And other episodes that I'm interested in watching I had to pay in order to watch it even though I was on the $5.99 monthly plan. If they locked all 14 seasons of this show without having to pay I'll come back Discovery Plus App.
When I am on holiday I can't watch because of rights issues when I am back in the UK I can't catch up with events I missed either. This service does not live up to its own marketing hyperbole and after previous Olympics it is clear the owners could not care less. If we want a searchable service so we can watch the sport we want at a time that suits us we will be afforded a yet more expensive premium service. Media billionaires only want our money.
