However, when I tried to use it, I received an error message stating it was invalid. I called for assistance and spent 45 minutes on the phone, trying various solutions. The representative even suggested deleting apps from my phone, which felt pointless. After wasting so much time, I hung up. When I asked if I could simply provide the code for reactivation, I was told that wasn't possible. This whole experience has been incredibly disappointing.
