I subscribed to the cheapest Disney+ plan, fully aware that it includes ads. Fine, what I did not sign up for is an endless psychological endurance test disguised as streaming. The ads are not just frequent; they are aggressively repetitive. Same ads over and over again. At some point, it stops feeling like advertising and starts feeling like punishment. I now know the Taylor Swift series exists. I knew that after the first 47 times. I know it after the next 200 times too.The length of the ads deserves special mention. They don’t feel long, they are long. Long enough to question life choices and whether pressing “play” was a mistake. And just when you think you’re done? Surprise. The same identical ad. Same pacing. Same cuts. Same forced enthusiasm. Again. There is something uniquely irritating about being shown the exact same Taylor Swift ad so often that it starts to feel personal, like Disney+ is staring directly at me saying, “You will watch this. You will remember this. You will suffer.”This isn’t variety. This isn’t tolerable. This is ad-loop hell. If the goal was to annoy users into either upgrading or abandoning the platform entirely, mission accomplished.Five stars for consistency, zero stars for sanity.
