We purchased a defective toy from a well-known store just over a month before Christmas. One side of the toy's leg gears was broken. The store claimed that since it had been over a month since the purchase, they could not assist us. The toy wasn’t opened until Christmas Day. This has been a deeply disappointing experience with such a large company. They need to do better. It feels like corporate greed when they send out defective products and refuse to rectify the situation, especially for a Christmas gift.
