My parcel went missing through a delivery service. Their customer service, despite the issue, was far better than the store's. I was disconnected from the chat multiple times before learning that, despite being advertised for 3-5 working days, there was a disclaimer about potential delays in December. They refused to take action even though my parcel had been 'out for delivery' for four days and was clearly lost. If the store had acted on my request for a replacement, they would have retained my business. Consider ordering from other retailers if your time and well-being are important.
