Santa ordered several products during a sale for our child's first Christmas. The package was lost or returned by the delivery service, and the store has been slow to respond and unhelpful in resolving the issue. In short, we did not receive the order in time for Christmas and had to ask Santa for different gifts last minute! I'm shocked at how poorly this has been handled, especially since I had high expectations for the store. The delivery service, on the other hand, has consistently underperformed.
