We ordered a defective toy from a well-known store just over a month before Christmas. One side of the toy's leg gears was broken. The store stated that since it had been over a month since the purchase, there was nothing they could do. It wasn't opened until Christmas Day. This has been a very disappointing experience with this dominant company. They really should improve. It's frustrating to receive defective products and have no support in resolving the issue, especially when it was intended as a Christmas gift.
