Initially, I had a five-star impression, but that changed today. I placed an order three weeks ago and was assured I would be notified upon its arrival. I never received any contact, and today I was informed they couldn't find my order in the system. Then, I was told they definitely had it. A different representative, who didn’t introduce themselves, mentioned that my order had been sent to someone else and seemed unsure about how to resolve the issue. They offered to help me find a new provider and return the prescriptions, but despite their attempts to remain calm and polite, it was clear they didn’t care about my situation, especially after I’ve spent a significant amount and have been a loyal client. While I previously rated them five stars for their service, this disregard for my order and health was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager but was told the manager was unavailable and that the acting manager didn’t want to discuss the matter, leading to an early end to the call. Unfortunately, I will need to seek out a more reliable option and will inform my doctor about this experience to prevent others from facing similar issues.
