Would love for it to be a little bit cheaper as I am not working atm and that's why I haven't got a script filled in yet but really want too just can't afford the nearly 300
Clearly the high review are paid reviews. I've never had to deal with a health company that couldn't care less about it's customers or their needs. In less than 12 months I had multiple issues with communication, follow up for health information, booking appointments that never happened and so many apologies for each issue that led to nothing. More than once I needed to follow up with my prescription, then I would be transferred to multiple departments (this is via their chat service....god forbid you need to talk to actual person). All they want is your money,,,,go to a different company and let this one go bankrupt.
Asked a lot of questions to ensure the treatment plan was right for me. Listened to my concerns also. The only problem is your plan can be a little expensive. My treatment plan is $439 for oil and vape cartridges, but you do have the option to buy one item at a time, a partial order or simply just your full plan.
Drop the prices down , I got a script yesterday and can't afford to buy it .

And 56 grams of flower off the street

I don't understand how you justify the price your charging .
And a packet of gummy bears for $100 .
So it was gonna cost me $640 from your company but I can get it off the street for $400 ,it's 16 grams more and $240 cheaper . Why whould I go through you guys , I'm just throwing money away .
Initially, I had a five-star impression, but that changed today. I placed an order three weeks ago and was assured I would be notified upon its arrival. I never received any contact, and today I was informed they couldn't find my order in the system. Then, I was told they definitely had it. A different representative, who didn’t introduce themselves, mentioned that my order had been sent to someone else and seemed unsure about how to resolve the issue. They offered to help me find a new provider and return the prescriptions, but despite their attempts to remain calm and polite, it was clear they didn’t care about my situation, especially after I’ve spent a significant amount and have been a loyal client. While I previously rated them five stars for their service, this disregard for my order and health was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager but was told the manager was unavailable and that the acting manager didn’t want to discuss the matter, leading to an early end to the call. Unfortunately, I will need to seek out a more reliable option and will inform my doctor about this experience to prevent others from facing similar issues.
I can communicate with a consultant and receive plenty of information through the chat; they are very knowledgeable and supportive. The products continue to improve with every new release, and the pens are sleek and discreet. I am now planning to try the gummies to determine if they are as effective or more so than the vape pens.
The team has consistently been reliable, always providing assistance that is straightforward and effective. I had a great chat with a representative this morning while placing my order; they were incredibly quick and efficient, just like the rest of the team. I truly appreciate their service.
