Clearly the high review are paid reviews. I've never had to deal with a health company that couldn't care less about it's customers or their needs. In less than 12 months I had multiple issues with communication, follow up for health information, booking appointments that never happened and so many apologies for each issue that led to nothing. More than once I needed to follow up with my prescription, then I would be transferred to multiple departments (this is via their chat service....god forbid you need to talk to actual person). All they want is your money,,,,go to a different company and let this one go bankrupt.
