Terrible experience. I would strongly caution others.I signed up for the free trial and entered my credit card details. After using the product for an hour, I realised it simply was not the right fit for our business. Not good or bad, just not for us.When I went to cancel, I was surprised to find there was no option to do this within the product itself, unlike most legitimate SaaS tools. After some digging, I discovered you have to email the company directly to cancel.They replied and confirmed the cancellation, but despite this, my card was still charged at the end of the month.Business is hard for everyone, but a legitimate company should focus on building a great product and not taking money from people’s accounts after they have tried to cancel.
