Hopeless! Ordered 4 weeks ago, took 2 weeks to deliver due to using awful GLS service. Recieved cheaper alternative rather than authentic part ordered (even recieved an invoice for the cheaper part rather than what i paid for) customer services have had the issue for 2 weeks! They've recieved all the evidence (pictures, video etc) the part sent is not compatible with my car, I have no heating, air bags or horn available. All CS do is reply that they are working on it! It's been 2 weeks! I've asked for a pre paid return as their on-site return system expects me to pay for them. Just truly pathetic!
