​I want to be fair: Distriauto (AD Tyres) handled my return correctly. They issued a Credit Note on April 8th and processed the refund immediately.
​However, I have a major issue with your payment partner, KLARNA.
Klarna admitted they received the money from you on April 9th, but they are refusing to transfer it to my bank account. They are keeping the money and telling lies about "internal balances."
​Request to Distriauto:
Please contact Klarna on my behalf. Their fraudulent behavior is damaging YOUR reputation because customers are not getting their money back. I have been fighting them for a month.
​To customers: Distriauto is fine, but AVOID PAYING WITH KLARNA if you want your money back in case of a return.

They need to be much clearer about returns. I did what needed to be done for returns, but when the item was returned, they changed the procedure. Be careful.

Hopeless

Hopeless! Ordered 4 weeks ago, took 2 weeks to deliver due to using awful GLS service. Recieved cheaper alternative rather than authentic part ordered (even recieved an invoice for the cheaper part rather than what i paid for) customer services have had the issue for 2 weeks! They've recieved all the evidence (pictures, video etc) the part sent is not compatible with my car, I have no heating, air bags or horn available. All CS do is reply that they are working on it! It's been 2 weeks! I've asked for a pre paid return as their on-site return system expects me to pay for them. Just truly pathetic!

Grip500.nl en DistiAuto zijn de zelfde bedrijven. Ze wijzen alle claims af en hopen je dan te kunnen opvangen met DistriAuto. IK RAAD IEDEREEN AF HIER IETS TE KOPEN. HET ZIJN OPLICHTERS en wijzen garantieclaims af zonder enige inhoudelijke motivering. Na het indienen van een garantieaanvraag ontvang je slechts een kale mededeling dat de aanvraag wordt geweigerd. Geen reden, geen verwijzing naar voorwaarden, geen feitelijke beoordeling, niets.Dit is geen klantenservice en ook geen correcte afhandeling van een garantieclaim, maar het structureel afschuiven van verantwoordelijkheid. Een bedrijf dat garantie aanbiedt maar weigert deze inhoudelijk te beoordelen wanneer het erop aankomt, handelt in strijd met elementaire consumentenrechten en basisnormen van zorgvuldigheid en transparantie.De werkwijze wekt sterk de indruk dat garantie hier uitsluitend als verkoopargument wordt gebruikt en niet als daadwerkelijke verplichting richting de klant. Voor consumenten is dit een ernstig waarschuwingssignaal.Ik raad iedereen aan uiterst voorzichtig te zijn met dit bedrijf. Bij problemen sta je er alleen voor. A company that offers a guarantee but refuses to assess its content when it comes down to it, acts in violation of basic consumer rights and basic standards of care and transparency.The working method strongly gives the impression that warranty is used here exclusively as a selling point and not as an actual obligation to the customer. For consumers, this is a serious warning signal.I advise everyone to be extremely careful with this company. In case of problems, you are on your own. Bad service, slow delivery, scammy returns

Despite the fact that they have components I found no where else... be very careful. Delivery is slow. Reaching customer service is near impossible. They tried delivering to the wrong address, when the delivery failed they wanted deduct from my refund the original delivery costs plus an extra 5 euros. Just because they can. I ordered stuff worth around 51 euros, never got it delivered and got a notice that they will only refund 39 euros.

I didn't like that the containers…

I didn't like that the containers didn't have a sealed lid like they did at the factory, the conclusion is that it's not the original oil and it can't be of high quality.
