I want to be fair: Distriauto (AD Tyres) handled my return correctly. They issued a Credit Note on April 8th and processed the refund immediately.
However, I have a major issue with your payment partner, KLARNA.
Klarna admitted they received the money from you on April 9th, but they are refusing to transfer it to my bank account. They are keeping the money and telling lies about "internal balances."
Request to Distriauto:
Please contact Klarna on my behalf. Their fraudulent behavior is damaging YOUR reputation because customers are not getting their money back. I have been fighting them for a month.
To customers: Distriauto is fine, but AVOID PAYING WITH KLARNA if you want your money back in case of a return.
