I requested a withdrawal of $10,414.31 on March 27, 2026. I received an official confirmation email. However, on April 1, my entire bank dashboard and payout history were wiped clean to $0.00 without any notification.
My music remains active and live on all platforms, and my account was already verified. I have sent multiple emails to support (Ticket #3751305) but have not received any response for days. DistroKid is withholding my earned royalties without any explanation. This is unacceptable. I have also filed an official complaint with the BBB. I want my payment processed immediately.
