Very disappointing experience with Ditto++ promotion services.
We clearly agreed that the promotion of our new rock single would target Finland and Greece. Instead, the only result was TikTok credits generating engagement from completely irrelevant regions, mainly Asian and Latin American BOTS , which provided no real value or targeted exposure.
The promotional video they delivered was extremely low quality, consisting of a basic animation of the cover artwork with generic “new single out now” text and no creativity or professional execution. The promotion plan itself was just a copy-paste template telling us when to post, with no real strategy or artist-specific input.
Communication was also problematic. I contacted them multiple times asking if they needed anything further from us, and they confirmed everything was fine. Later, they falsely claimed we never contacted them, despite clear email evidence.
The service was also delivered outside the agreed timeline. Eventually, they offered only a partial refund instead of taking full responsibility.
Overall, this service did not deliver professional, targeted, or meaningful promotion. I would not recommend Ditto++ to artists looking for serious music marketing.
