Very disappointing experience with Ditto++ promotion services.
We clearly agreed that the promotion of our new rock single would target Finland and Greece. Instead, the only result was TikTok credits generating engagement from completely irrelevant regions, mainly Asian and Latin American BOTS , which provided no real value or targeted exposure.
The promotional video they delivered was extremely low quality, consisting of a basic animation of the cover artwork with generic “new single out now” text and no creativity or professional execution. The promotion plan itself was just a copy-paste template telling us when to post, with no real strategy or artist-specific input.
Communication was also problematic. I contacted them multiple times asking if they needed anything further from us, and they confirmed everything was fine. Later, they falsely claimed we never contacted them, despite clear email evidence.
The service was also delivered outside the agreed timeline. Eventually, they offered only a partial refund instead of taking full responsibility.
Overall, this service did not deliver professional, targeted, or meaningful promotion. I would not recommend Ditto++ to artists looking for serious music marketing.
I’ve had a very positive experience with Ditto Music so far. The distribution process is smooth and easy to use, and it has helped me release my music on major platforms like Spotify and YouTube Music. It’s a great platform for independent artists.
However, it has now been 12 days since I applied for my Official Artist Channel merge, and it is still not completed. I kindly request the team to please review and process my OAC merge as soon as possible. I’m looking forward to having my channel fully connected.

Great choice. Content id included in package but i want to get track review manually for making content id because AI reviw many times rejected content id in some genres. If ditto improves it then ditto is bestest ever. It bevomes killer for music distributor. And release time should be from 10 day to 5 days
As a musician and content creator, it's great having one place to submit my music and get it sent to so many stores. Their analytics are awesome and I can track where and who's listening. Good Job, Ditto!
The fact that I had to wait seven business days is order to start again transferring my songs on Ditto after sending Ditto a message that if I sometimes transfer more than three songs per day, is because I do not create one song at a time but FOUR songs at a time, since I translate my songs in FOUR different languages.
On top of that, I absolutely did not feel at all any kind of understanding from Ditto. During those seven days, my monthly listeners thought that I was the one NOT creating new songs when that was false. Thank you
I am new in this kind of thing and Ditto music is so easy to use. If I have a problem I just send an Email and the responce is super fast. Thank you Ditto Music for making it posable to put music out in the world.
