Not allowed to leave no stars pleas do not use this company I ordered a pillow topped mattress in November got an text to say being delivered on Friday no mattress arrived tried to call but the line is disconnected sent an email did get a reply saying they would chase after a week sent another email to cancel the order to be told I would have to refuse delivery as it was with UPS More emails from me to them and still no mattress . Get a telephone call in January from another company to dat we are looking to deliver your mattress this week it turns out divan beds placed an order via eBay on 21December with an other company for my mattress !! Nearly a month after I had ordered it . So not only did they lie telling me it was with UPS but took my money and then placed the order late I had to call my credit card company to refund as divan beds would not help please do not use this company don’t walk RUN from making any purchase with them
