I ordered a king size divan bed from Divan Beds UK. The courier tracking later provided shows a small parcel being delivered (photo shows a small box placed through a window). The main bed base and large components were not delivered to me.
The tracking reference relied upon appears to relate only to a small parcel and does not demonstrate delivery of a full king size divan bed. No weight, parcel breakdown, or evidence has been provided showing delivery of the large bed components.
Despite this, my payment provider closed the dispute after the merchant supplied that single tracking reference.
I have repeatedly requested clear proof of delivery specifically for the full order (including all large items), but this has not been provided.
For a large furniture order, I would expect clear multi-parcel tracking and verifiable delivery evidence. That has not been my experience.
This matter is currently under formal complaint review.
Based on my experience, I would urge potential customers to exercise extreme caution when ordering large items and to ensure full, itemised delivery tracking is provided before accepting confirmation of delivery.

Accept orders and then cancel them

On two occasions (2 months apart)order cancelled due to no stock (even though) order accepted on website. The first time they emailed to say they cancelled in error as they now had ‘stock’, hence me reordering post Christmas. I’ve now been advised that they have put a limitation limit on any orders I place with them or their affiliated company’s due to cancelled orders.The orders were only cancelled as they had no stock, how is that my fault!!!

I ordered my bed on the 5th of December…

I ordered my bed on the 5th of December via the Internet and paid in full. on the 9th of December I was sent a mail saying that our bed was in production. on the 26th of December I received an apology for a slight delay. while they. awaited confirmation from the transport team. on the 27th of December I received an email asking how my delivery had gone.. I had received no delivery and email them as such. I contact in again I was told that delivery would not be until the New Year. I I mailed them again this morning and received a reply stating that my order had been cancelled because they didn’t deliver to my address which isn’t in the Orkney Islands but in Buckinghamshire. I have never come across a company which treats it customers with such distain. They are total charlatans and I would advise anybody contemplating purchasing from them to find somewhere else. They are complete disgrace to British manufacturing.

I was told my slot was between 7am and 10am. I cancelled a day of work. From 2pm I tried to call the delivering service but there was no answer. There is no communication at all.

Avoid at any cost .. very bad !!

I only leave reviews when something is extremely good or extremely bad — and this company unfortunately falls into the very, very bad category. I’m sharing this to warn others.I ordered a bed with a mattress, and it took three weeks just to attempt delivery. The first delivery appointment never happened — no driver showed up, and I didn’t receive any text, call, or email about a cancellation. Yet they kept calling and leaving messages saying the delivery was coming, but it never did.They then booked another delivery. The time slot was for the morning. On the same day, I received a call saying they would only deliver the base, and the headboard was still being manufactured. Nearly four weeks had passed, and now they suddenly tell me this?When I asked when the headboard would be ready, they had no idea. So I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. They told me the refund would take 30 days, which is ridiculous.To make things worse, even after I cancelled, the delivery driver still called me at 12:40 saying he was outside with my bed — clearly the company didn’t even bother informing the delivery team that the order was cancelled.This whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and completely unprofessional.Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company!

No show Delivery - ordered 4th. November 2025 with delivery date confirmed for 2nd. December - rec eived update with time slot but no show2 e-mail messages received with conflicting reasons for the no show and despite e-mailing the Company asking for new delivery date have received no further communication from the CompanyNo response to phone calls ( phone just rings out ) and there is no response to e-mailsHave raised a Section 75 claim with my Credit Card CompanyProbably the worst Company that I have ever dealt with - STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a bed , delivery was arranged for 3 weeks time , the bed did not arrive . The delivery team number does not answer the phone or emails . I managed to get hold of customer services who told me that they couldn’t deliver the bed yesterday with no explanation , so they will have to get back to me at a later date with a new deliver time . This was the WORST customer service that I have ever received from any company. I asked to speak to supervisor to resolve this problem , but was told there isn’t anyone . They will take your money , but will not deliver your bed . Do not be scammed like I was .
