I reluctantly gave 1 star to be able to write the review as i would like to give them minus 5 stars. Like the previous customer I ommitted to read reviews before purchasing a velvet bed with mattress and headboard which from the description looked nice. I purchased this for my young grandaughter who weighs less.than 5 stone. The bed was used for 3 months of which 6 of those weeks it was not slept on! the mattress springs dipped significantly and caused my granddaughter to slip out of the bed if she moved in her sleep to the outside. The Headboard does not stand on the base squarely and when I then asked the company to send me a.full refund and come and collect the bed, sending them photos clearly showing the problems, they wasted time by keep asking for more details and more photos describing the issue in various different ways, which all mounted to the same thing that i had already given them, that the bed was mis sold as was not fit for purpose, i have had many a cheap spring mattress lasting me years not just weeks and I am a lot heavier than 5 stone! One of the stupid excuses.they gave me after wasting so much time that I was out of the 120 day exchange or refund period was.that the mattress should not be sat on, well....... how do you get into a bed if you don't sit on it first? and even so this should not have happened. This is a shambles.of a scam company and I would suggest anyone looking for a decent bed and mattress do not come to this company as they have no morals and do not deserve to be trading! If i had done my homework properly i would never had purchased from these scammers. I have had to now buy another bed which my granddaughter has slept on every day for the past 5 months and its as sturdy and firm as the day it was delivered but of course costing me to replace, so after seeking legal advice and being assured i have a case, i am at present taking procedures.to sue this company for the recovery of my money and all expenses incurred, for the mis sold bed and mattress and i am also reporting them to the police and trading standards! I repeat this is a sham company that don't deserve to be trading and I aim to get them closed down forthwith
