If I could give zero stars, I would. Our bed delivery was delayed, but we only discovered this after chasing them ourselves - no courtesy of communication from their side. We’ve now been told it’s out of stock until the end of October with delivery expected in November, yet they are still advertising it online with delivery dates between 26th September and 16th October. This is blatantly misleading. Customer service is appalling, and getting a straightforward answer is virtually impossible.
