I ordered a crushed velvet divan bed, it was beautiful and made sturdy, only there were no instructions, we couldn’t get the headboard to fit, so decided to mount it on the wall, the pisons need activating which they didn’t tell me, so we couldn’t use the function to open and close the base for almost a month, I agree with others that their customer service is lacking, i waiting almost a month for a reply from them, but they did include instruction in their email how to activate the pisons, they also told me that if I had bought the £90 extra headboard it would have fitted, I am not sure why they offer a smaller headboard that doesn’t fit, but my idea mounting worked best anyway. Daughter was thrilled with her new bed, and it came within the 10 day time frame, but due to the lack of support and headboard issue I give 3 stars
