It took over a month to receive my order when I was promised delivery within 10 days. Delivery was arranged three times but was either canceled last minute or they simply didn't show up. There was no consideration for the inconvenience caused each time I had to stay home. Although it was finally delivered, it was well past the scheduled time. Getting in touch with customer service was a challenge; I often had to wait around 15 minutes only to be cut off. They provided various reasons for the cancellations, but I find them hard to believe. This has been the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. I have more items to purchase, but I will definitely not be returning to this company. In my opinion, they don't deserve to be in business.
