Awful experience. Avoid at all costs. I purchased a bed, and they informed me that delivery would occur on a Sunday between 7am and 12pm. There was no delivery, no communication, and no one answered their phones despite their claims of being open. I received no response on their online chat. It took them three days to reply to my email, only to inform me that the delivery wasn't even prepared. When I requested a refund, it took them a week to agree. Refunds for undelivered goods should happen within 14 days, but this service claims it will take 30 days. Now, on day 37, I still haven't received my refund. I will be reaching out to the appropriate authorities.
64 Days - NO REFUND & no bed. This service is clearly violating consumer rights. Caution is advised - we have reached out to the relevant authorities. The initial order was canceled after numerous delays and ultimately no delivery, along with a complete lack of communication. Despite multiple follow-ups and assurances, we are still waiting for our refund.
I ordered a bed from a seller on 18 November 2025, and this has turned out to be one of my worst purchasing experiences.
Initially, I was promised delivery on 5 December, which was later moved to 11 December. After that, I received no further updates at all. There was no notification of cancellation or additional delays.
After waiting for over 30 days, I had to reach out to the company myself to learn about my order's status. Only then was I informed that my order had been cancelled and that a refund would be issued.
This cancellation occurred without prior notice, even though the delivery address had been accepted during the purchase. Consequently, I was left without a bed for nearly two months during a house move, which caused considerable inconvenience.
To make matters worse, I was told that the refund could take up to 30 days, which is unacceptable under the circumstances.
The lack of communication, missed delivery commitments, and absence of proactive customer service were very disappointing. I would strongly recommend others to think carefully before placing an order with this seller.
I strongly advise against ordering from this service. I placed an order for a mattress on December 10th, and their website claims delivery within 3-10 days. It still hasn't arrived. Now I'm left waiting for a refund, which they say could take up to 30 days. This is unacceptable! AVOID!
I still haven't received the bed I ordered, even after getting a message about my delivery. I also paid for assembly. The customer service is non-existent; they don't reply to emails or answer calls. I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this seller.
I strongly advise against using this service. They fail to deliver your order. After a week and a half of receiving vague apologies from multiple representatives with no new delivery date in sight, I gave up. They couldn't even locate my order in their system due to their disorganization. Save your money and time; it's not worth it. If you've already placed an order, I recommend canceling as soon as they miss the delivery date, which they inevitably will.

This has been the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. I have more items to purchase, but I will definitely not be returning to this company. In my opinion, they don't deserve to be in business.
I strongly advise against using this service. I ordered a bed with delivery scheduled for December 7th, but there was no delivery and no communication to update me. I tried calling on Monday but was left on hold for over an hour without any response. It seems they don’t answer calls. I also emailed them and waited 48 hours for a reply. They mentioned they would deliver as soon as possible, but I still have no delivery date. I just received an email stating they cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced.
I placed an order and was informed that delivery would be on 07/12. On that date, I received an email stating there were "logistical issues" and my delivery would be rescheduled. Despite multiple emails, I couldn't get a clear answer. Eventually, I was told the new delivery date would be 16/12, but on that day, I received another email about "logistical issues" and another rescheduling. I attempted to call them and waited 30-45 minutes without a response, only to be disconnected. Every email I send gets a generic reply that doesn't address my questions. I've requested a refund several times, but keep receiving the same template response. Right now, I am on hold again, trying to reach a representative for the third time today.
The ordering process was straightforward and reasonably priced, but we experienced a last-minute delivery delay that resulted in an extra day off for us. The delivery team was excellent, very supportive, and called when they were about 10 minutes away, allowing us to prepare.
