We have had the bed for a week now and it has been a wonderful week’s sleep! The divan base is sturdy and well thought out, and the mattress is summer on one side and for winter on the other. The drivers had problems taking the mattress upstairs due to the size of the mattress, but they succeeded in the end. The reason why they are getting 4 stars, is down to the communication, there was no communication whatsoever. My mobile number and email was provided and not used, I sent emails that were not replied to, this is the only downside, because the bed is lovely.
