The purchase and delivery notification was very staright foward. The problem i had was with the delivery, when they claimed that they had no idea they were dismantling the old bed and assembling the new bed, even though i paid for it. All of a suddden he looked at the paper work and said " O yes , your right i see you have paid for this service" he then asked me if i tools as they didnt have any!!!! Extremely unprofessional. Either they didnt look at the job sheets before the plan the drops or they were just chancing to get out of the extra work. He then went on to say that sometimes if the client is unhappy with them he sometimes chosses not to help them but as i was nice he will take it away. I PAID EXTRA FOR THE SERVICE..... LOL
