I ordered two items from this platform. One never arrived, and the seller confirmed it's out of stock and offered a refund. However, they failed to process it, and I couldn't recover my money from the payment service because I waited too long! The other item is defective, and I received no guidance on how to exchange it. A total of 134 GBP wasted!
