I ordered two items from this platform. One did not arrive, and the seller acknowledged it was out of stock and offered a refund. However, they never processed the refund, and I couldn't recover any money from the payment service because I waited too long! The other item is defective, and there was no guidance on how to exchange it for a replacement. I've lost a total of 134GBP!

I placed my order on April 1, 2024 and since then, I have received no updates. No email responses, and none of the phone numbers listed on their site are working. I have tried multiple times to inquire about my order, but to no avail.
