Great prices on quality name brand dive gear. And they have their own DRIS branded products that have the superiour quality without the big price of name brand products.Whenever I have placed an order that had an issue, they have called or emailed to keep me informed and offered a substitute if I could not wait for an item to come in.
Dive Right in Scuba was easy to place an order with. They called me almost immediately after I submitted an order to verify everything and go through it with me. Some of the items were back-ordered and they kept me informed on status as they tracked down some items. Order was expedited and received in time for a planned dive trip. Some of the items were not yet available and so I was sent some 'loaner/stand-in' items which was a fantastic touch! Most companies would not do any of the things above. I am still waiting on the rest of my order but again they are keeping me updated. With service like this, I will highly recommend this company!
