Review Time
My order had items that were not in stock, which delayed shipping. I was not advised of this. I had to contact company to see why order had not shipped within time promised, and was advised at that time of the issue. Would’ve been nice if I would’ve been kept up to date.
I purchased the Aqualung big squeeze titanium knife and selected 7-10 day free shipping. After 7 days my order still showed it had not shipped. Finally I received a response saying that this product was not in stock (even though the website said in stock) and was back ordered still late May early June. Wish I would have know this from the moment I placed the order since I would have gone somewhere else and they wouldn’t have wasted over a week. Kim he representative was very friendly and nice though. Another man who answered was short and rude on the phone. I personally will not order from this site again.
Great company they made sure I had my product on time and for a really good price. Kim was very helpful when I thought my gear wasn't going to make it on time. She assured me she would do everything she could to make sure it made it by the day I needed it.
A great purchase experience! My orders were processed and delivered as promised. When an item was no longer in stock I received a personal call to consider an alternate product. You can’t beat that service. I would recommend them to a friend.
