I ordered a padel racket on Thursday 12/18 with express 2-day shipping (paying an extra $30) to ensure it arrived before Christmas, as it is a special gift for my wife. It's her only present, so there's a lot riding on this! I've reached out to the support team daily through messages, emails, and calls due to the urgency, yet I haven't received any response. The complete lack of communication is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to offer expedited shipping services, which seem to hold no real value at this point. I usually don't leave reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else to go through this. Maybe it's a one-time issue during this busy season. If the racket arrives in time, I will update this review. Thank you for your attention.
I'd give this company Zero stars for their customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes and was seeking a return or an exchange. I have tried to contact them via email, phone call, chat over the past 2 weeks with no response. Their website has 2 different phone numbers and neither seem like a legitimate number. Both go straight to a personal or anonymous voicemail. I'd avoid ordering with them.
What I purchased was sent by UPS, and even it was shown as delivered, it was not received. I sent an email to Raquetcentral and they offered to send me a 2nd one at a different mailing address, in order to receive before I travel. The advise I received before the purchase, and what happened then was better than expected.
